Please complete the following to commit to '40 Days of Prayer'.

You will receive an email notice or automated phone message reminding you of the first day of the '40 Days of Prayer'.

If you don't supply your email address, please download the 'Complete Prayer Guide' so you may follow along.

If you do supply an email, we will send you a each Daily Devotion. Please download the 3 page 'Abbreviated Prayer Guide' and check your email daily.

We will add your Name (First Name and Last Initial) to our list of supporters for the 40/40/40 Prayer Initiative.

We will use this information to keep you updated and to send you our Daily Devotionals.
