Darrell's Biography

Darrell is a member of Community Baptist Church, where he is Music Director and Director of Administration/Treasurer. He is retired from Norandal USA, Inc., Franklin Tennessee, where he held the office of Corporate Controller. He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, Ohio with a BA degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Ruth are both natives of Spencer, West Virginia, and are the parents of three daughters, Linda, Joi, and Sandra. Darrell and Ruth live in Woodleaf, NC

DEE DEE's Biography

Mrs. Denise "Dee Dee" Moody has been a member of WMU since joining the Sunbeams at age two. Having served as a leader in Mission Friends, Girls in Action, Acteens, and Women on Mission, Dee Dee appreciates the strong heritage and training she received through the years at Faith and also through associational and state WMU events. She currently serves on the Executive Board of WMU NC. Dee Dee is married to Charles and has two children. Her daughter, April (Stephen) Chandler, who lives in Salisbury, has four children ~ two boys and twin girls. Son C. J. (Holly) Moody travels between Hickory and Wilmington in the construction industry. Dee Dee taught school for 33 years and in retirement she loves to read historical fiction and study the Bible. When she is not playing with grandchildren or planning church activities, Dee Dee enjoys sipping coffee slowly on her front porch swing while dreaming she is on the beach.

An Introductional Letter

Dear RSBA Members,

We would like to introduce ourselves, Larry and Kathy Olsen say hi! We have both recently retired and are residents of Rockwell. We moved from Pennsylvania last September and thank God for the opportunity to relocate near our daughter Brenda and her family. Currently we are members of North Main Baptist Church and are involved in a number of activities. We are pleased to be of service to the RSBA, and both look forward to getting better acquainted with fellow members.

Brenda's Biography

Brenda retired from the Wilkes County School System as a Library Assistant. She is married to Allen Swink and have two sons, Dwaine who is married to Dawn have a son, Austin and Quinn who is married to Lori.
